Please read carefully these general conditions of use of the site (www.medschool.it, hereinafter the "Site") and general conditions of sale of preparation products and services (hereinafter, jointly, the "Conditions") offered by the company Testbusters S.r.l. Società Benefit (hereinafter, also "Testbusters IMAT Medschool" or the "Company") with registered office in via Marco Ulpio Traiano 17, 20149, Milan; registered with the Milan Companies Register under number MI 2028304, VAT number and tax code no. 08459930965.
By registering on the Site, the User expresses their consent to the provisions governing the use of the Site, including registration, access, and navigation.
Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time by updating the version published on the Site, and it is the User's responsibility to check the Site for the latest updated version of the Conditions. The User may choose whether to maintain or withdraw their registration on the Site following the changes made. Access, navigation, or use of the Site following the changes specified above implies acceptance of the changes.
The modifications made will be effective starting from their publication on the Site; limited to orders accepted by the Company, the conditions in force at the time of the order will apply.
By purchasing a product and/or service on the Site, the User expresses their consent to the conditions of sale.
This contract between Testbusters IMAT Medschool and the User regulates, alternatively or jointly, (i) the distance sale of books, (ii) the enrolment of the student in a training course organized by Testbusters IMAT Medschool, (iii) the purchase and subsequent use of tutoring and coaching services, (iv) the purchase and subsequent use of Testbusters IMAT Medschool digital products.
Information on the products and services available for purchase is illustrated in detail on the Site within the respective sections by product category and can be requested by calling 02 8689 6199.
All purchases of products and services made through the Site are governed by these Conditions as well as by the other provisions and operating instructions contained on the Site.
The purchase takes place on the Site, subject to User registration and completion of the appropriate form containing all the information necessary to issue the invoice and, if necessary, send the goods.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Testbusters IMAT Medschool via an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address provided by the User. This confirmation message will contain an order number to be used in all further communication with Testbusters IMAT Medschool. The message reproduces all the data entered by the User, who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. The contract is considered concluded only following the receipt of the aforementioned confirmation e-mail, sent by Testbusters IMAT Medschool to the User, attesting to the successful outcome of the order; therefore, the order submitted online by the User becomes binding for Testbusters IMAT Medschool only after the confirmation e-mail has been sent.
Each order can be viewed by the User on the Site, in their personal area. The copy of the commercial invoice can be consulted directly from the User's profile in the screen relating to the order. Medschool does not invoice companies or entities with a VAT number.
The prices of the products and services offered are indicated in the appropriate sections of the Site, together with an indication of any offers, discounts, and advantageous purchase conditions. Prices are intended to be inclusive of VAT and, where specified, also include packaging and shipping costs.
Prices, as reported on the Site, are subject to change at any time and without notice, provided that, limited to orders accepted by the Company, the sales conditions in force at the time of the order will apply.
Should any problems be encountered at the time of payment, the User is requested to contact the Company using the appropriate contact forms.
Should the Company encounter problems regarding the payment, it may contact the User informing them of the critical issue found regarding the execution of the payment, proposing to use another payment method among those accepted.
Single solution payment
The User can pay for the order (book/s, course/s, and digital products) by choosing one of the following methods: credit card, debit card, prepaid card, bank transfer, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay. Carta cultura and Carta del docente only for paper and digital editorial products.
In the event that the User chooses to purchase a Testbusters IMAT Medschool product or service via bank transfer, they must make the payment within 10 days. Until payment has been made, the order will be considered suspended. After the 10-day period has elapsed, Testbusters IMAT Medschool has the right to consider the order revoked. With reference to the purchase of training courses, Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right to suspend payments via bank transfer starting from 10 days before the start of the course.
Instalment payment with Scalapay
If the User needs a payment deferral greater than 2 instalments, they can opt, at checkout, for deferred payment in 3 instalments with our partner Scalapay. The amount of the instalments is established by Scalapay.
The Scalapay option is only active for the purchase of packages with amounts lower than 2,500 Euros.
The order is confirmed within 48 hours of purchase via Scalapay. The Scalapay option is free: there are no interest or additional costs for the User.
The User acknowledges that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and authorizes such assignment.
Instalment payment with Findomestic
The User who desires a deferral can opt, at checkout, for instalment payment with Findomestic.
The Findomestic option is active only for purchases of an amount greater than € 100 and less than € 5,000.
Payment can be paid in instalments from 4 to 12 instalments.
Payment deferral is free, without application of interest and/or other charges.
Payment with PayPal and/or PayPal Pay in 3 instalments
Paypal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of a PayPal account. By choosing this method, after clicking “send order”, you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site, where you enter your e-mail and password for the account and conclude the payment. Remember that the transaction takes place on a secure server and that all information entered is protected according to the strictest security standards.
PayPal Pay in 3 instalments is a feature that allows you to split your purchase into 3 (three) interest-free instalments for purchases valued between 30 and 2000 EUR. The first instalment will be charged automatically at the time of purchase, while the second and third instalments respectively after 30 and 60 days.
Payment with Klarna
In 3 Instalments: You can use a valid debit or credit card, in the name of an owner who is at least 18 years old, resident in Italy, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
The first payment will be charged at the time of the order itself, while the subsequent 2 payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days after the initial payment. You will be notified via electronic communication of the deadlines, which can be viewed in the Klarna app. With Pay in 3 instalments there are no interest costs, nor fees if you respect your automatic payment plan. In case of late payment, Klarna may charge late fees. In case of non-payment, the instalment amount will be added to the next instalment together with any late fees. By choosing the Pay in 3 instalments Terms option, you acknowledge that all payments will be made to Klarna, following the payment information made available to you. Klarna will have all rights to enforce all rights on such credit directly against you. If you cancel the purchase or return your items, Klarna will automatically waive the amount due (as soon as Testbusters has confirmed the right to refund). If you withdraw from an already paid order, the entire amount will be refunded to you.
Pay after 30 days: by selecting this option you acknowledge that all payments will be made to Klarna, following the payment information made available to you. Klarna will have all rights to enforce all rights on such credit directly against you. The debit or credit card used must be “valid”, that is, it must not be expired and must have sufficient credit. With Pay in 30 days there are no interest costs or fees if you pay for the purchase on time. In case of late payment, Klarna may charge late fees. If you cancel the purchase or return your items, Klarna will automatically waive the amount due (as soon as Testbusters has confirmed the refund). If you return an already paid order, the entire amount will be refunded to you.
To purchase editorial products with Carta Cultura or Carta Merito it is necessary to select the “Carta Cultura” payment method and generate the voucher on the site https://cartegiovani.cultura.gov.it/. The culture bonus can be used solely for the purchase of digital and paper editorial products.
Our staff will verify the regularity of the operation and, in case of a positive outcome, will proceed with the shipment of the order. Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right not to accept an order request should a Carta Cultura voucher be generated by the User for an amount different from the total of the aforementioned order request and/or in the event that inconsistencies are found between the data provided at the time of the request and the system for purchasing educational material via Carta Cultura or Carta del docente. Furthermore, once the code provided by the User has been redeemed, such bonus will not be refundable and it will not be possible to return books purchased using the bonus. Shipping is carried out by a courier external to Testbusters IMAT Medschool and, therefore, actual delivery times do not depend directly on the Company.
Delivery to the courier by Testbusters IMAT Medschool takes place within 7 working days from order confirmation. The courier ensures 2 delivery attempts. In case of problems, upon the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will contact the User via the telephone number or e-mail provided at the time of purchase to agree on re-delivery in a specific time slot at the recipient's discretion.
At the time of shipment, the courier sends the User an e-mail containing the link necessary to track the package. As it is a message containing links, some e-mail accounts consider it potentially dangerous and reject it. For this reason, in the absence of receipt of the tracking message, it is advisable to check the spam folder.
In the event that a book is purchased in “pre-sale”, the order will be shipped only at the end of the pre-sale period itself.
Courses are held by university students or teachers holding a Degree.
The characteristics of the individual courses (the provisional calendar, the duration in days and hours of lessons, the program, the location, the teaching material, the costs and methods of enrolment and the form of teaching - on demand or live, in person or virtual) are described on the Site, within the respective sections.
The Company reserves the right to vary the programs, the location, the methods of conduct (online or in the classroom, live or on demand), the dates and times of the lessons, as well as the platform used for virtual teaching, giving prompt notice to Users, provided that the ratio between the cost of the service and the number of lesson hours offered remains unchanged.
In case of variation of the location of a classroom course, the location must be identified within the same municipality in which it was originally identified.
Online or partially online courses require registration on the LearnWorlds IT platform (LearnWorlds (CY) Ltd) which will take place automatically following an order with Testbusters IMAT Medschool. The system requires a Windows or Mac computer or a tablet equipped with: internet connection, a browser with HTML5 support, cookies and javascript enabled. In case of access to the platform via smartphone or tablet, it is necessary to download the LearnWorlds App (available for iOS and Android devices). The Company is not liable, as it cannot be imputed to it, for any disruptions of external platforms through which courses are delivered in virtual mode.
In case of purchase of an online course, the User acknowledges and accepts that the lessons – including any remote interventions by students – may be recorded and that such recordings may be used by the Company for educational purposes.
In the event that a User has already purchased an incomplete course and intends to expand it, purchasing an additional module, they can contact our customer service and acquire the complete course without purchasing the module individually. Subject to organizational/logistical checks (by way of example, but not exhaustive: the modules intended to be integrated are sold out), it will be sufficient to pay the difference between the price of the complete course one wishes to attend and the amount paid for the module already purchased. This differential is calculated by referring to the price of the complete course in force at the time the first order was placed. This operation may be subject to a secretarial fee.
The teaching support material (other than manuals) is provided on the first day of the course: should the User be unable to participate in the course, they may collect their material at the course venue for the entire duration of the course itself. Alternatively, the User may request the material by contacting Testbusters IMAT Medschool via the Contact Us section of the Site.
Should Testbusters IMAT Medschool provide the User, as a complement to the preparation course, with access via IT platform to lesson recordings and teaching material used for the course, such additional resources are intended to be usable solely online: unless otherwise indicated, it will not be possible to download them. Such additional resources possibly provided will be accessible to Users until the date indicated in the product sheet of the purchased course or, in the absence of such indication, until the date of the test for which the purchased course is intended. With reference to preparation courses for admission tests to faculties and universities for which multiple test sessions are available for admission to the same academic year, such additional resources will be accessible until the date of the last admission test session for the subsequent academic year, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet of the purchased course.
Official communications regarding courses are sent by Testbusters IMAT Medschool to the User via the e-mail address provided by the User at the time of enrolment, and must therefore be monitored by the User from the moment of enrolment until the end of the course. Should it become necessary, Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right to send information relating to courses via the mobile phone number provided by the User at the time of enrolment.
The editorial products “Esercitazioni – Corso di Teoria” and “Esercitazioni – Corso di Pratica”, included in all packages containing a course for the preparation of medical-health area tests, are distributed to members at the time of the courses, in the case of classroom courses, or made available to members in digital version during the courses, in the case of online courses. In the case of purchase in two instalments, should the purchase not be finalized, the editorial products are made available in digital version only upon User request.
Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right to cancel a course or a single module for internal organizational needs as in the hypothesis, exemplary but not exhaustive, in which the minimum number of members is not reached. In this case, the Company will propose to the User alternative solutions for attending the course, where available (such as, by way of example and not exhaustively, change of city or conversion of the cancelled classroom course into an online course, without additional costs). Alternatively, the User may choose to opt for a 100% refund of the price paid for the course alone, in case of cancellation of the entire course, or for the single module alone, in case of cancellation of the single module, as valued in the invoice.
Online Tutoring
Once the Online Tutoring product has been purchased, the User is contacted by the assigned Tutor within 5 working days from payment of the order (in case of instalment payment with Scalapay, activation will be effected as a consequence of the payment of the first instalment; in case of Findomestic financing, at the time of approval of the financing). Contact takes place via e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided when registering one's account. The User has 20 days to reply to the e-mail received from the Tutor. In case of failure to reply within this period, the User forfeits the right to use the purchased service; there are no refund or postponement policies related to this case.
User and Tutor jointly set dates, times, and streaming platform through which they will interface for the meetings.
The User will be indicated the final deadline for use of the service, by which time all scheduled meetings must be held.
Any ensuing impossibility to participate in a scheduled appointment must be communicated by the User with a minimum notice of 2 days with respect to the date of the appointment. In this case, User and Tutor jointly set a new appointment. In the absence of notice within the established period, the User's failure to attend the scheduled appointments automatically renders the service used: there are no refund or postponement policies related to this case.
Online Tutoring products, individual or in pairs, have the “satisfied or refunded” guarantee clause. The User can activate this guarantee within the fourth hour of lesson: by participating in the fifth hour of lesson, the User loses the right to activate the guarantee.
The guarantee can be activated provided that the student has participated in all scheduled meetings up to the time of the refund request. The “satisfied or refunded” guarantee involves the total refund of the amount paid for the Tutoring service; in the event that the Tutoring product was purchased jointly with digital services, courses, or manuals, the User, by exercising this guarantee, obtains exclusively the refund of the amount referable to the Tutoring service, as valued in the invoice.
To request a refund, simply use the contact form present in the Contact Us section of the site, selecting “Payment Assistance”, then selecting the “Refund Request” option from the drop-down menu.
Personal Coach
Once the Personal Coach product has been purchased, the User is contacted by the assigned Coach within 5 working days from payment of the order (in case of instalment payment with Scalapay, activation will be effected as a consequence of the payment of the first instalment; in case of Findomestic financing, at the time of approval of the financing). Contact takes place via e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided when registering one's account. The User has 20 days to reply to the e-mail received from the Coach. In case of failure to reply within this period, the User forfeits the right to use the purchased service; there are no refund or postponement policies related to this case.
User and Coach jointly set dates, times, and streaming platform through which they will interface for the performance of the service.
The User is required to communicate to the Coach any ensuing impossibility to participate in the scheduled appointment with a minimum notice of 2 days with respect to the date of the appointment. In this case, User and Coach jointly set a new appointment. In the absence of notice within the established period, the User's failure to attend the scheduled appointments automatically renders the service used: there are no refund or postponement policies related to this case.
The Personal Coach guarantees the User the Coach's assistance in defining and structuring a study program during 3 one-hour meetings during the first month. After the first month, having jointly evaluated the individual needs of the User, the Coach and the User can set a maximum of two one-hour meetings per month to monitor the progress of the set objectives and possibly readjust the study program.
The User will also have the possibility to contact the Coach by telephone, exclusively via messaging services, to submit to the latter any questions, queries, or requests for clarification and/or comparison regarding the planned study path. The Coach will respond to such requests within 24 hours. The Coach will communicate to the User their days of non-availability (e.g., every Sunday; Christmas week...) during which they will not be required to respond to the User. Questions received during previously communicated non-availability days will be handled on the first available day.
The Personal Coach is to be understood as a guidance and accompaniment service for the student, through the definition of a study path and monitoring of its progress: it is not, therefore, an offer of private lessons or joint execution of exercises. Should the User manifest the need for a service of this type, they will be directed by the Coach towards the purchase of the subject online Tutoring service.
The Personal Coach is a service also available by subscription. For the regulation of subscription services, please refer to point 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
Digital Products: Duration and Service Continuity
Digital products purchased by the User and digital products included in Courses (such as Online Simulations, the On Demand Videolibrary, the online workbook TB Training) can be used until the date indicated on the Site within the respective sections or, in the absence of such indication, until the date of the test (for the preparation of which the purchased product is intended) for admission to the academic year following the current one. With reference to products aimed at preparation for admission tests to faculties and universities for which multiple test sessions are available for admission to the same academic year, such additional resources will be accessible until the date of the last admission test session for the subsequent academic year, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet of the purchased course.
Should Testbusters IMAT Medschool provide the User, as a complement to a Preparation Course, with access via IT platform to lesson recordings and teaching material used for the course, such additional resources possibly provided will be accessible to Users until the date indicated in the product sheet of the purchased course or, in the absence of such indication, until the date of the test for which the purchased course is intended. With reference to preparation courses for admission tests to faculties and universities for which multiple test sessions are available for admission to the same academic year, such additional resources will be accessible until the date of the last admission test session for the subsequent academic year, unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet of the purchased course.
The Company reserves the right to add and remove functions or features from the Site, or suspend or interrupt the provision of online services for organizational reasons, such as, by way of example, carrying out maintenance and update operations on the Site.
In case of interruption of digital services lasting no more than 3 consecutive working days and 8 days per quarter, Testbusters IMAT Medschool will not be required to recognize any refund or extension of the service term to Users who have purchased a digital service. In the case of complete interruption of the service for a longer duration, Testbusters IMAT Medschool will recognize Users with active service an extension of the service term equal to the overall duration of the interruption.
Purchased simulations and/or simulation packages can be executed only once.
Technical management of the LearnWorlds platform is entrusted exclusively to the company LearnWorlds (CY) Ltd. Testbusters IMAT Medschool provides the educational content used by the User. Testbusters IMAT Medschool is not liable for any disruptions in access to the platform. All digital products and services delivered via the digital platform of the commercial partner LearnWorlds (exclusively owned by LearnWorlds (CY) Ltd) follow this specific policy.
It is understood that TB is not responsible in case of failure or irregular provision of digital services, if such circumstances depend on force majeure causes.
It is possible to use digital products on Windows or Mac computers, as well as on tablets or smartphones equipped with internet connection, browser with HTML5 support (IE 10+, Firefox 22+, Chrome 20+, Safari 6+, Opera 12.10+) and cookies and javascript enabled. In case of access to the LearnWorlds platform via smartphone or tablet, it is necessary to download the LearnWorlds App (available for iOS and Android devices).
The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, starting from:
• in case of purchase of a book, the date on which the User, or a third party other than the carrier, designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the goods;
• in case of enrolment in an online or in-person course, or in the coaching or tutoring service, from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Company of their decision to withdraw from the contract via an explicit declaration (e.g., letter sent by post, or e-mail). To this end, the User can also use the contact form present in the “contact us” section of the Site, selecting “Payment Assistance”, then selecting the option “Refund Request” from the drop-down menu.
In the event that the User chooses this option, they will receive confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal via e-mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the User to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Withdrawal involves the reimbursement of the payment made in favor of the Company, including any delivery costs. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Company becomes aware of the User's intention to withdraw. This term does not apply in the case, subsequently regulated, in which the User must return or deliver back a purchased good. Reimbursement, where possible, will take place using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the User requests otherwise. In any case, the User will not incur any fees as a consequence of such reimbursement.
The User has the burden of returning or delivering back the good to the Company without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated their intention to withdraw. The direct costs of returning the good, such as shipping costs, are borne by the User. The Company will withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first. It is understood that, to receive the refund, it is necessary that the returned books are in good condition, are not underlined, and have an intact spine.
Products purchased with 18app are in no way refundable. The €190 deposit on courses, which includes paper and digital editorial products, is in no way refundable.
In the case of purchase of a non-digital service (course, coaching, or tutoring), where the execution of the performance has begun, with the User's agreement, during the withdrawal period (14 days from the conclusion of the contract), the exercise of the right of withdrawal will entail the reimbursement of an amount proportional to the lesson hours not yet used, calculated on the basis of the total price of the service alone from which one intends to withdraw, as valued in the invoice. The User consents to the start of the execution of the performance during the withdrawal period whenever the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of a course takes place during the 14 days preceding the scheduled start date of the course itself, as indicated on the site or otherwise communicated to the User. In the case of purchase of the coaching or tutoring service, the User consents to the start of the execution of the performance during the withdrawal period whenever they agree with the Teacher to set the first appointment within 14 days from the date of stipulation of the contract.
The execution of the performance is considered started (and, therefore, the lesson hours are considered used) even in the event that the User does not participate for reasons independent of Testbusters IMAT Medschool in the lessons scheduled during the withdrawal period (collective or individual).
The User accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the Company: therefore, if the provision of the service by the Company – i.e., the full delivery of the course or lessons purchased –, started with the User's agreement, is completed during the withdrawal period (14 days from the conclusion of the contract), the right of withdrawal ceases. The User consents to the start of the execution of the performance during the withdrawal period whenever the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of a course takes place during the 14 days preceding the scheduled start date of the course itself, as indicated on the site or otherwise communicated to the User. In the case of purchase of the coaching or tutoring service, the User consents to the start of the execution of the performance during the withdrawal period whenever they agree with the Teacher to set the first appointment within 14 days from the date of stipulation of the contract. The performance is considered fully executed (and, therefore, the lesson hours are considered fully used) even in the event that the User has not participated, in whole or in part, for reasons independent of Testbusters IMAT Medschool in the lessons scheduled during the withdrawal period (collective or individual).
No right of withdrawal is provided for digital products (such as, purely by way of example, the TB Training Online workbook and the products comprising the Videolibrary), in which case art. 59 c. 1 lett. o) of the Consumer Code applies. Indeed, simultaneously with the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the sending of the order confirmation by the Company), the digital products are made fully accessible and usable to the User via the telematic sending of authentication credentials, thus starting the execution of the contract. The User, with the purchase of a digital product, consents to the provision of digital educational content via non-material support with the acceptance of the fact that this circumstance precludes any right of withdrawal.
Therefore, digital products will be excluded from refunds.
In case of purchase of digital products (with the exception of products comprising the Videolibrary) within a package containing other products/services for which the right of withdrawal is provided, the refund will be calculated by deducting from the total paid the amount relating to the digital products, as valued in the invoice. For these purposes, all pre-recorded on-demand lessons not part of the Videolibrary are also considered digital products.
In case of purchase of the products comprising the Videolibrary within a package containing other products/services for which the right of withdrawal is provided, the refund will be calculated by deducting from the total paid a share of €40 for each product (i.e., for each individual subject comprising the Videolibrary) purchased. The Videolibrary aimed at preparing for the Medicine and Health Professions test, which includes 5 products referring to the single subject, is valued at €200.
Manuals, subject to the right of withdrawal, are no longer refundable from the moment Testbusters proceeds with shipment. In case of non-delivery by the courier or damaged goods, the User is requested to report the disservice to Testbusters IMAT Medschool via the appropriate “order assistance” contact forms. The Company, having verified the validity of the request, will provide for the replacement of the unusable goods via new shipment. It is not possible to request a refund or replacement of books damaged and/or not delivered for reasons not attributable to Testbusters S.r.l. Società Benefit.
In case of purchase of manuals within a package containing other products/services for which a refund can be requested, this will be calculated by deducting from the total paid the amount relating to the manuals, as valued in the invoice. For these purposes, all pre-recorded on-demand lessons not part of the Videolibrary are also considered digital products.
It is in no way possible to request a refund for digital products.
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Any modification of the admission procedures to the degree course, as well as any rescheduling, deferral, or cancellation of the entrance test or admission competition specifically related to the course or module chosen by the User does not constitute a reason for termination of the contract and, consequently, does not entitle the User to a refund. In case of changes in the selection procedures provided for access to degree courses, or in the contents of the selection tests themselves, Testbusters IMAT Medschool guarantees that the course programs and teaching material will be modified and adapted to the new selection procedures.
Products purchased with Carte cultura and Carta del docente are in no way refundable.
No other refund cases are provided for.
It is premised that, in order to maintain educational and programmatic continuity, Testbusters IMAT Medschool strongly discourages changing cities for individual modules and, in any case, reserves the right not to grant city changes if there are impediments of an operational/organizational nature that may compromise the use or the qualitative standard of the service provided (such as, purely by way of example, the exhaustion of places in the course activated at the city to which the transfer of attendance is requested).
Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right not to take into consideration conversion requests received more than 20 days before the start of the course.
This operation is subject to secretarial costs (€ 25). The operating procedure for the city change involves the creation of a second order containing the new modules requested by the User. Payment of the “city change” order automatically renders the modules subject to change (i.e., the modules for which the change of venue was requested) unusable.
Payment of the order must be made strictly within 10 days of the creation of the exchange order.
It is possible to request the conversion of the course delivery method (from online course to classroom course or vice versa), expressing one's willingness via appropriate contact forms in the “contact us” section of the Site. The transformation is finalized with the payment of the “conversion” order and the issuance of a regular invoice.
Conversion from online course to classroom course is conditional on verification of the availability of classroom places at the time of the request.
It is possible to request the conversion of the delivery method of the single module of the course up to 3 days before the start of the same. Testbusters IMAT Medschool reserves the right not to take into consideration conversion requests received after this deadline.
Unless otherwise indicated, conversion from intensive classroom course to intensive online course or vice versa is subject to secretarial fees of € 25.
Unless otherwise indicated, conversion from annual classroom course to annual online course is exempt from secretarial costs, but does not provide for any refund in case of price differential.
Unless otherwise indicated, conversion from annual online course to annual classroom course is exempt from secretarial costs, but is subject to payment of any price differential between the classroom course one intends to attend and the online one originally purchased (differential calculated by referring to the prices in force at the time the first order was placed), defined as “conversion price”.

Testbusters IMAT Medschool has always taken the utmost care in defining the programs and contents of its courses so that they adhere as closely as possible to the programs of the respective official tests. Testbusters IMAT Medschool cannot, however, guarantee the User admission to the degree course, just as it cannot guarantee, and therefore does not assume responsibility, that there is a full correspondence between the test programs and those of the courses.
The failure to hold (total or partial) courses or individual modules (in frontal presence or through distance communication techniques) which is prevented by objective circumstances that are unforeseeable and beyond the Company's control shall not constitute a breach of the Company's obligations. Similarly, the failure or irregular provision of digital products, as well as the delay in the delivery of books to the carrier, shall not constitute a breach of the Company's obligations if such circumstances depend on causes of force majeure.
In this regard, force majeure events shall be considered, by way of example but not limited to, wars, fires, floods, earthquakes, general strikes, lockouts, embargoes, pandemics, and orders (including laws, regulations, decrees, and ordinances) of the public authority.
In the event of a force majeure event, the Company will immediately inform the User of the cause of force majeure and its effects on the possibility of fulfilling contractual agreements.
For the entire period in which the force majeure event or its effects persist, the Company shall not be considered liable for its inability to perform its obligations, the performance of which is prevented by the force majeure event, provided that said obligations will be fulfilled as soon as possible after the force majeure event ceases.
If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding ninety days, the User shall have the right, at their discretion, to terminate the contract, to maintain the enrolment in the chosen course (or module), or to enrol, paying any difference or receiving any refund, in a further course (or module) offered by the Company. If, on the other hand, the force majeure event continues for a period of less than or equal to ninety days, the Company's services and/or obligations are intended as suspended for the entire period in which the force majeure event occurs and the User cannot request the termination of the contract or the reduction of the fee paid, except in the hypothesis in which the force majeure event extends beyond the start of the specific test or admission competition to university courses relating to the single course or module. It is understood that this clause shall not apply where the Company, in the event of a force majeure event preventing lessons from being held in physical locations, can hold and/or offer its preparation and/or training courses through distance communication techniques (video, streaming, or other suitable means allowing visual and acoustic use).
Should an error be found in the content of a purchased product, the User is requested to report it via the appropriate contact form.
Registered users can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation, or stop using the service at any time, through the Testbusters IMAT Medschool interface or by contacting the Owner directly. For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy.
The Owner, in case of violation of these Conditions, reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account at any time and without notice.
Testbusters IMAT Medschool has the right to delete accounts or sensitive data of the User who explicitly requests it if these are not necessary for contractual fulfillments or for the compliance of the corresponding performance due by the company. Testbusters IMAT Medschool can only remove data and/or accounts within its competence, in no case those pertaining to other commercial partners (such as, exemplary but not exhaustive, LearnWorlds).
All texts produced by Testbusters IMAT Medschool are and remain the exclusive property of the Company. All illustrations, images, logos appearing regarding Testbusters IMAT Medschool are and remain the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by current trademark laws and related international treaties. The User is therefore authorized to use the aforementioned content for exclusively personal use, undertaking not to distribute, disseminate, license, or transfer by any means, including telematic, publish, or cede to third parties under any title, said contents.
In accordance with current legislation, the dissemination and/or resale of ebooks and other digital, textual, or video materials is prohibited, regardless of the format of the file made available to the User.
It is also forbidden to make recordings of lessons (in the classroom or online, live or on demand), as well as to disseminate transcriptions and/or “sbobine” thereof.
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) n. 679/2016 regarding the protection of personal data. The Data Controller is Testbusters S.r.l. The parties declare to have read and approved the entire contract. The contract is intended to be governed by Italian Law.
The competent Court for any dispute arising from its interpretation and application is that of Milan.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 14 of EU Regulation n. 524/2013, consumers residing in States belonging to the European Union are informed that for the resolution of disputes relating to this contract and the online services offered by this site, there is also the possibility of resorting to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) procedure, provided by the European Commission, and reachable at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
