Orders & Course Changes

To request a course switch or upgrade:

  • Go to the Contact Us page.
  • Select Order Assistance.
  • Choose Change/Conversion and fill out the form.

Our team will assist you with the process and let you know if there is any price difference to settle.

Yes. You can purchase our preparation manuals and self-study bundles directly from our shop. If you later decide to enroll in a full Live Course, please contact us—we may be able to deduct the cost of the materials you already own from the final course price.

No. Our courses include all the necessary Testbusters digital or physical manuals, which cover the full IMAT syllabus. You do not need to purchase external textbooks unless you want extra practice.

Payments & Refunds

We accept full payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


We also offer installment plans (Buy Now, Pay Later) depending on your country:

  • Klarna: Pay in 3 interest-free installments.
  • Scalapay: Pay in 3 or 4 installments.
  • PayPal: Pay in 3 installments (where available).

Returns & Cancellations

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To do so, please contact us via the support form on our website. Please note that digital products (e-books, simulators) may be non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.

Yes, you can return physical books within 14 days of receipt. Books must be in pristine, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the books, we will process your refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days for EU and 5-10 business days for non-EU destinations. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the courier picks up your package.

Technical Support

Go to the Online Simulator login page and sign in with the same Testbusters account credentials you created during your purchase.

Please visit the Contact Us page, select Privacy Assistance, and submit your request. Our Data Protection Officer will process it in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Learning Platform

Access is automatic. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email invitation to join our E-Learning Platform, where all your purchased courses and modules will be unlocked immediately.
