Accessibility and Digital Inclusion Statement

Testbusters S.r.l. Società Benefit is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its digital tools, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, no. 106, which implements EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.


This accessibility statement applies to the following platform:

  • Testbusters IMAT Medschool eCommerce (web platform)

Conformance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) and Annex A of Ministerial Decree 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the non-conformities listed below and the temporary application of disproportionate burden.

Planned remediation and disproportionate burden

Testbusters IMAT Medschool has started a progressive remediation process to resolve all level A and AA non-conformities. Full compliance is expected by the end of 2026, except where this would impose a disproportionate burden in terms of technical and economic resources, as allowed by Article 5 of EU Directive 2016/2102.
